The first movie's trailer had led me to expect more, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself completely blown away by the sequel. This experience has taught me not to judge a sequel based on its predecessor. The first movie may have been weak, but this film was incredibly strong. Every aspect, from the foreshadowing to the acting, writing, plot twists, camera angles, and even filling in the gaps from the first film, was flawless. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this movie, and I highly recommend it to any fellow horror enthusiast, regardless of their opinion on the first one.
